The title translates to ‘’Illegal.’’
This song refers to decolonization and the way hip-hop has managed to turn tables.
Most of those two things that are very much linked have, historically, been depicted as something illegal. Could it be that the boundaries of legality have been set to keep us out and control us. If that is the case, then I’m proud to be illegal.
